The Farmers Market @ ASU Tempe started in 2007 as a student sustainability project and still runs that way — an indoor market with about 20 vendors selling produce, baked goods, flowers, and other local goods grown by Arizona farmers. It operates during the fall and spring semesters, giving students and staff a weekly source of local food without leaving campus.
