Hanover Grist Mill still grinds flour the way it did in 1917, an original stone mill on an 1852 farmstead turning organic, non-GMO wheat into hard white spring wheat flour, spelt flour, and cornmeal. Nothing gets bagged ahead of time; the mill grinds to order when customers show up, which means what you buy came off the stone that day. Restaurants and home bakers both buy direct.
