Good Land Organics has grown rare and exotic fruit in the hills above Goleta since 1992, when founder Jay Ruskey planted the first cherimoya and avocado trees on Farren Road. The CCOF-certified organic farm is known for its Calimoya-brand cherimoyas alongside Hass avocados, dragon fruit, passion fruit, and coffee beans, grown as part of one of the earliest commercial coffee plantings in the continental US.
