About This Farm
Fairview Gardens has farmed the same patch of Goleta for more than 125 years, longer than the suburbs that grew up around it. It now operates as a nonprofit Center for Urban Agriculture under the mission "Feed, Teach, Connect," running educational programs on food and farming. The farm has been closed to regular visitors since fall 2022 during a redesign toward regenerative agriculture — call ahead before planning a trip.
