Glei's Orchards and Greenhouses operated at 3500 Milnes Road in Hillsdale for 105 years before the Glei family closed it permanently in spring 2023. At its peak the farm grew more than 30 apple varieties alongside greenhouse flowers and Christmas trees, supplying Hillsdale College and stores across southern Michigan. The 280-acre property was later listed for sale.
