Fusek Flour Co. carries four generations of Slovak farming heritage on the family's Northeast Ohio farm, owned since John Fusek bought it in 1944. Oberkulmer and Sungold spelt planted with organic practices in 2021 launched the flour company — estate-grown, freshly stone-milled sifted and whole-grain spelt flours, spelt berries, and other ancient accent grains like einkorn, flint corn, and bloody butcher corn.
