Faircrest Farm Produce runs a seasonal farm stand on Highway 7 just north of Parallel Road in Basehor, with a picking calendar that tracks the Kansas growing season: tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and sweet corn in July, peaches and peppers in August, then pumpkins, gourds and winter squash by September. The indoor market also carries fresh eggs, baked goods, and homemade jams and jellies. Open every day of the week, mid-July through mid-November.
