Eureka Farms runs a self-serve stand in Palmyra that never really closes — it's open daylight to dark, every day of the year. The family operation, running since 2010, makes its own maple syrup, honey, and jams, alongside fresh eggs, dried beans, whoopie pies, and barbecue sauce. Fall brings pumpkins and pick-your-own crops, and the farmers hand-build wooden cutting boards sold right on site. No cashier needed — just an honor box and a full parking lot.
