Eros Oyster is a family-owned farm that grows Atlantic oysters in the cold water of Robinhood Cove off Georgetown, slow-growing them three to four years to a 2.5-to-3-inch shell with a briny start and sweet finish. The farm runs April through December, weather permitting, with u-pick harvesting and tours by appointment, plus overnight shipping for Thursday delivery.
