LeRoy and Elaine Dinges turn their Three Oaks farm into a fall destination every September and October, growing winter squash, pumpkins in every size, and gourds alongside a corn maze and hayrides. It's a seasonal operation only, timed to the Halloween and harvest-season visitors passing through Michigan's southwest corner.
