Stone-ground whole-grain flour milled in Choteau from regenerative wheat grown by Montana farm families focused on soil health. Conservation Grains mills only fresh, 100% whole grain, then ships flour and grains nationwide and delivers around Bozeman about once a month. The operation grew out of a wheat farm near the Rocky Mountain Front and supplies flour blends to Montana bakeries and food businesses. Everything is milled fresh rather than stored as refined flour.
