About This Farm

Carol and Tim O'Brien started Cedar Creek Apiaries in 1977, and Carol has run a honey stand in Guttenberg ever since. The apiary produces several honey varieties, including a Basswood honey and a Summer Blend, drawn from hives along the Mississippi River bluffs. Nearly five decades in, it's one of the older continuously operating honey producers in this part of the state.
