Capitol Midweek sets up at 10th and Jackson, on the south side of the Kansas Statehouse, every Wednesday morning starting at 7:30, May through October. It grew out of the Capital City Wellness Project, built to give downtown Topeka workers a walkable stop for fresh food on a weekday. Expect seasonal produce, dairy like cheese and eggs, fresh herbs, and cut flowers.
