Every Monday morning from May through early October, vendors set up in the parking lot of the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library at 1515 SW 10th Ave., selling locally grown produce, farm-fresh eggs, baked goods, cut flowers, and bedding plants. The market runs 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and grew out of the library's Capital City Wellness initiative, aimed at getting downtown Topeka workers eating better.
