Callicrate Beef is the direct-to-consumer meat brand of Mike Callicrate's cattle operation in St. Francis, Kansas, three hours northeast of Colorado Springs. Cattle are raised without antibiotics or hormones and processed at the ranch's own USDA facility, then sold as beef and pork bundles shipped or picked up along Colorado's Front Range.
