The Bruce family has run cattle in the Owyhee Mountains, between Silver City and South Mountain, for nearly 50 years. Their grass-fed Black Angus beef sells through a CSA program started in 2020, with customers choosing grass-finished or grain-finished shares — no antibiotics or added hormones either way. Pickup and free delivery are available, and select cuts turn up at Porterhouse Market in Eagle.
