Beckon Hill Farms in Harbor Springs is northern Michigan's source for grass-fed Scottish Highland beef, Idaho Pasture Pig pork by the whole or half, and wood-fired maple syrup with a unique s'more-like flavor. The regenerative farm chose its two hardy breeds because they flourish outdoors through harsh winters, and also supplies farrow-to-feeder and breeding stock to fellow farmers.
