Barton Beef raises Black Angus cattle on open pasture outside Bunnell, with no added hormones or antibiotics and no pesticide spraying on the grass. The ranch sells quarter, half, and whole-beef shares with custom cut sheets, plus 50-pound boxes of ground sirloin, priced by hanging weight and typically running around $8 a pound processed, wrapped, and frozen. A $300 deposit holds your order; the rest is due at pickup.
