About Barr Farms
Barr Farms is a seventh-generation family farm in Rhodelia, Kentucky, run by Adam Barr and Rae Strobel on 260 acres. It grows certified organic vegetables and raises 100% grass-fed beef and pastured chicken for a 24-week CSA that runs mid-May through October, with vegetable and meat boxes weekly or every other week. Members pick up on the farm, at Louisville-area stores and markets, or by home delivery. The farm sells at the Douglass Loop Farmers Market on Saturdays and the Phoenix Hill NuLu Farmers Market on Tuesdays.
