Baker Brook Farm started in 1998 when Diane and Steve O'Brien's son joined a 4-H dairy club and brought home heifers to raise. It grew into a working dairy and grass-fed Angus beef operation spanning Windham and Gray, selling whole milk, half-and-half, heavy cream, and chocolate milk with no antibiotics or added growth hormones.
