Alderspring Ranch runs certified organic, 100% grass-fed cattle across roughly 70 square miles of mountain rangeland near May — the largest single certified organic landscape in the contiguous United States. Glenn and Caryl, along with their seven daughters, manage the herd with range riders on horseback, moving cattle through rotational grazing all summer. Beef ships nationwide via UPS, and the ranch also sells lamb, pork, poultry, butter, and sheep cheese in season.
