A 501(c)(3) nonprofit running two markets in the Tetons — Fridays 9am–1pm in Driggs at 60 S. Main St. (June through early October) and Tuesdays 4–7pm in Victor. Fresh produce, cheese, meat, fruit, baked goods and plants, much of it grown without chemicals though not all certified organic.

Garlic Fete has grown gourmet garlic in the Teton Valley at Alta, Wyoming since 2015 — varieties selected after tasting trips to Tuscany, Paris, Chengdu, Seoul, San Francisco, and New York, then hardiness-tested in the high desert's chilly winters and clear Teton waters. Only organic fertilizers, never herbicides or plastic mulch, with half-pound to gift boxes plus small-batch black garlic, powders, sauces, toum, and freeze-dried soups at Jackson and Driggs farmers markets.
