Smith's Hilltop Orchard is a u-pick orchard on Green Bluff in Colbert, north of Spokane, run by the Erovick family and known as home of the one-pound peach. Cherries, apricots, peaches, pears, and 18 apple varieties come ripe through the season, along with garden vegetables. On-site they press heirloom cider and sell honey, jams, and home-baked goods.
