The Flower Farmer on N Holly in Canby was a u-pick flower farm known for the Phoenix & Holly Railroad, a miniature train that carried visitors on a loop through the fields. The Carlson Ranch raises pureblood Wagyu cattle on 101 acres of Willamette Valley pasture near Oregon City, built on faith, stewardship, and rotational grazing with full transparency about pasture, feed, harvest, and processor.
