The Carlson Ranch raises pureblood Wagyu cattle on 101 acres of Willamette Valley pasture near Oregon City, built on faith, stewardship, and rotational grazing with full transparency about pasture, feed, harvest, and processor. The ranch's second chapter, The Flower Farm, opens the western side as a community gathering place with music and u-cut mornings among the blooms — Wagyu beef boxes and bulk shares pick up at the ranch.
