Hoot 'n' Howl is a small on-farm market on Jay Road in Boulder, growing on leased Boulder County Agricultural Open Space land since 2009 as part of the Gunbarrel Growers' Association. It sells vegetables and melons direct from the farm and runs a credit-based CSA program.

Anderson Farms traces to an 1911 homestead by Swedish immigrants August and Josephine Anderson, and now runs Colorado's largest fall family destination in Erie: a 30-acre corn maze started in 1999, a pumpkin patch that opened in 1997, barrel train and pedal kart rides, and the separately ticketed haunted attraction Terror in the Corn. U-pick sunflowers run in August before the fall festival takes over September 23 through October 31.

Nederland

Copper Canyon raises Suri alpacas in the mountains above Nederland and opens the ranch for visits daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests can also book an overnight stay among the herd through Airbnb. The ranch markets its Suri fiber as among the finest and rarest in the alpaca fiber trade.
