Every Saturday, year-round, rain or shine, vendors fill Centennial Park at 1800 E. 8th Ave. in historic Ybor City. Running since 2000, it's the largest continually operating outdoor market in the Tampa Bay area, selling produce, gourmet foods and sauces, fresh bread, herbs and plants, honey, and fine cigars. Hours shorten during the summer months, May through September.
