About This Farm
Wolf Honey Farm is a third-generation apiary in Baldwin, Wisconsin, started by Dale Wolf in 1970 after learning the trade from his father. The honey sold at the Saint Paul Farmers' Market and other Twin Cities markets comes off clover and wildflower fields in the St. Croix Valley. Dale also teaches beekeeping classes and sells beeswax candles and skincare bars alongside jars of raw honey.
