About Wine Down Ranch
Wine Down Ranch is a working cattle ranch off McKay Creek Road north of Prineville, on the edge of the Ochoco National Forest in Central Oregon. It rents rustic lodging — a bunkhouse that sleeps five and a tiny pine cabin for two — and hosts weddings and events. The high-desert setting draws dark-sky astronomy nights and outdoor recreation. Camping reservations are arranged directly through the ranch.
