Wildowsky Dairy has processed milk in Lisbon since 1942, when Stanley and Doris Wildowsky started delivering door to door across eastern Connecticut. Three generations later, Stanley and grandson Randy still run the farm store off I-395, making ice cream from their own herd's milk and cream and churning what they call the only farmstead butter produced in the state. The stand also carries hormone- and antibiotic-free milk, beef, and pork.
