White Silo Farm and Winery has operated out of a renovated 1780s dairy barn on Route 37 in Sherman since 2000. The family winery grows its own raspberries, blackberries, rhubarb, and grapes and bottles the wine on site, pouring in a tasting room open Friday through Sunday from April through December. A cafe menu of cheese platters, picnic boxes, and house-baked pastries rounds out visits.
