Lansing's Westside Farmers Market sets up at Ferris Park, 400 N. Walnut St., spring through fall, run by NorthWest Initiatives — the same nonprofit that runs food distribution and cooking classes in the neighborhood. Produce, baked goods, artisan goods, and prepared foods are the lineup, with SNAP and WIC accepted. It grew out of a food-access program, not a farmers' co-op.
