Walters Pumpkin Patch has been pulling Kansans out to Burns for fall since 1988, growing 25 of its 70 acres in pumpkins, gourds, squash, and corn. Beyond U-pick pumpkins, there's a corn maze, zip line, jumping pillows, and a haunted cannery tour, plus a snack bar serving pumpkin ice cream and pumpkin chili. The season runs the third weekend of September through early November.
