Valley Farms grows pumpkins and hops on Dietrich Road in Foristell, west of St. Louis, and supplies fresh hops to local breweries for craft beer. The farm helped start the Missouri Hop Growers Alliance. In fall it opens a pumpkin patch, and the barn and pasture-view grounds double as a venue for weddings, corporate outings, and family parties.
