Real farmers working a real farm since 1983, the Vacchiano family carries on generations-old Italian farming traditions across northwest New Jersey — harvesting fifteen acres of vegetables, tending American hybrid wine grapes, and raising beef, lamb, poultry, and heritage-breed turkeys on vegetarian, high-protein feed. A fixture of northern New Jersey farmers markets since 1992, the farm also runs a production kitchen turning out all-natural prepared meals with no preservatives.
