Utah State University's Student Organic Farm runs a 55-member CSA out of North Logan, grown and managed entirely by students. Shareholders pick up a weekly box from May through September stocked with raspberries, swiss chard, squash, melons, cauliflower, pumpkins, and herbs grown under organic methods. The farm also sells at the weekly farmers market on the USU Quad and takes student interns and volunteers year-round.
