Adam and Jackie Kemp run Uff-da Organics on 40 acres about three miles south of Wrenshall, certified organic since 2017 after starting with organic methods in 2013. The farm grows cabbage, carrots, onions, and beets for wholesale, plus herbs, and offers pick-your-own berries in season. Adam also works across the road at Northern Harvest Farm. The land was open hay field for decades before the Kemps arrived.
