Steve and Marcy Strasheim grow vegetables, herbs, microgreens, and flowers on three to five organic acres outside Mitchell. The farm runs a CSA subscription alongside an on-site store open Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Produce also shows up at area farmers markets and in local grocery stores and restaurants. Steve was named October 2025 Entrepreneur of the Month by NIACC's Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center.
