Jim and Bernis Ingvaldson started The Honeyberry Farm outside Bagley in 2010 around honeyberries, also called haskap, a cold-hardy fruit that ripens in mid-June. The farm sells the bushes plus other hardy plants like dwarf sour cherry, saskatoon, currant, sea buckthorn, goji, and kiwi, and ships them nationwide as Honeyberry USA. On-site there's u-pick across roughly 2.5 acres of honeyberries, an acre of tart cherries, and rows of saskatoons and currants. Call ahead at (218) 331-8070.
