Alongside grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb — butchered each fall straight off green pasture with no growth hormones or maintenance antibiotics — the ranch is known for its long-wool Romney sheep, producing naturally colored fleece from light gray to black and carefully selected breeding stock.
