About Tapia Bros. Farm
Tapia Bros. Farm has sold fruit and vegetables from its Hayvenhurst Avenue stand in Encino since 1982, drawing shoppers off the 101 freeway for sweet corn, onions, zucchini, strawberries, chili peppers, and tomatoes grown on family land in the San Fernando Valley and near Lancaster. The stand becomes a pumpkin patch each fall and sells cut Christmas trees in winter. Every March it hosts Tomatomania, a heirloom tomato seedling sale.
