Sal and Stephanie started keeping bees as a hobby in 2016 and turned it into Sweet Honey Drop two years later, a family apiary in Sauk Rapids selling raw, unfiltered honey that keeps its natural pollen and enzymes intact. The veteran-owned operation now wholesales to retailers across Central Minnesota and sells nucleus hives each spring, with free beekeeping instruction included for buyers who pick one up.
