Grant and Charisse Nurnberg grow eight acres of pumpkins outside Assaria, from tiny minis up to giants, and hand out red wagons so you can haul your picks back from the field. Sunny Side Pumpkin Patch runs daily in October, 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Nurnbergs also give back locally, supporting the Salina Emergency Food Bank and area 4-H groups with patch proceeds.
