Held Thursdays 4 to 7pm from May through October at St. Charles City Hall, 830 Whitewater Avenue. Vendors bring vegetables, fruit, eggs, herbs, honey, jams, baked goods, plants, and crafts. It's the community market for this small town on the edge of the Whitewater River valley in southeastern Minnesota.
