About Sprague's Maple Farms
Sprague's pairs a working maple sugarhouse with a full pancake house and restaurant on Portville-Obi Road, serving breakfast all day plus free-range turkey dinners, Saturday prime rib, and a Friday fish fry. The farm taps its own trees for syrup, candy, and cream sold in the gift shop and online store, and runs maple tours during sugaring season. It sits just north of the Pennsylvania line in Cattaraugus County maple country.
