About Spinning Spider Creamery
Spinning Spider Creamery is a family goat dairy in a mountain cove on Bailey Mountain in Madison County, near Marshall, North Carolina, with Saanen, Alpine and Toggenburg goats. It makes fresh chevre, bloomy rind and aged goat cheeses. The cheese sells year round at the North Asheville Tailgate Market and Transylvania Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and the RAD Farmers Market in West Asheville on Wednesday afternoons, and in local specialty stores. The farm offers no tours, and on-farm sales are by appointment only.
