Melissa Lines has run SkyLines Farm in northern Idaho since 1992, starting with grassfed sheep before adding 100% grassfed beef in 2007 and pastured heritage-breed pigs after that. Everything is raised without antibiotics or hormones using organic and regenerative methods on the farm's Harvard, Idaho pastures. Reservations for the fall harvest typically sell out well in advance, and the farm also offers small-farm consulting and mentoring.
