About This Farm
Six River Farm has grown organic vegetables on the Merrymeeting Bay shoreline in Bowdoinham since Nate Drummond and Gabrielle Gosselin started it in 2007. Twenty-four of the farm's 40 acres are in vegetable production, certified organic through MOFGA. Produce moves through the on-farm stand, area farmers markets, and a handful of natural food stores and restaurants. The soil is flat, fertile, and nearly free of the rocks that define most Maine farmland.
