Jeremiah and Amanda Grisa grow no-spray vegetables on about four acres at Schenk Homestead Farm in Naples, skipping synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizer in favor of compost and soil-building. They sell CSA shares and set up at the Geneva Lakefront market on Saturdays and Point of the Bluff Vineyard on Thursdays. Their produce also reaches local restaurants and Joseph's Wayside Market in the village.
