Sapowsky Farms on Route 202 in Granby ran as a family farm stand for nearly 80 years before Stephen and Tammy Sapowsky retired and handed the business to McKinstry Farms, a Chicopee growing operation dating to 1908. The new owners kept the Sapowsky name on the sign out of respect for the previous run, and Tammy still bakes and manages the Granby stand. Expect sweet corn, tomatoes, squash, and baked goods through the growing season.
